I have spent more than two decades in and around private practice, as a clinician and an educator. I have made the budgeting mistakes, figured out the licensure logistics across four states, and sat on both sides of the supervision relationship.
Laike Rising Collective exists because the professional development most clinicians get access to is either generic CE-mill content or supervision with no real mentorship behind it. This is the version I wish I had when I was starting out.
